No merchants can be found in this location. To access the secret Cow Level, you will first need to complete Diablo II. Inside this level, you will be able to farm cows, called Hell Bovines, and take on the Cow King, who can drop a special set of items alongside your typical drops. By killing The Cow King, players won't be able to create another portal to the Secret Cow Level. The Secret Cow Level is a secret level in Diablo II Resurrected that requires a little bit of work to unlock. Its only available after finishing the game on that difficulty. The Secret Cow Level can be accessed through a portal that, to be created, it requires Wirt's Leg FROM THAT DIFFICULTY and a Tome of Town Portal in the Horadric Cube to be combined while the player is on Rogue Encampment. After completing Quest 6 in Act 5 (Kill Baal ), you can open the red Portal to The Secret Cow Level on that difficulty by cubing Wirts Leg and a Tome of Town Portal. Secret Cow Level has the following area levels depending on the difficulty: Normal: 28, Nightmare: 64, Hell: 81. First, you will need to Kill Baal in the mode that you are wanting to do the Cow level in. Secret Cow Level is a Location in Diablo 2.
